Dynein-dependent nuclear migration in Aspergillus nidulans. During hyphal elongation, multiple nuclei divide and distribute along the hypha. This movie is sped up ~1500 fold. The strain used was described in Suelmann et al., 1997 Mol. Microbiol. 25, 757-769, and the movie was made by Christine Alberti-Segui and Reinhard Fischer (with permission from Reinhard Fischer).
